Originality And Duplicate Publication

All articles submitted should be unique and should not be under consideration for publication by other scientific journals at the same time. Without the consent of the Editorial Board, no part of the accepted work should be published in another scientific journal. If a duplicate publication of an article in this journal is discovered, the authors will be notified in the journal, and their institutes will be notified, as well as the paper being retracted.
